fuk... I'm weak today. Had a few good weeks of training so I was due for an average one probably. Lots of stress at the moment too so I dont know if that's having an effect. Also 7kgs/20lbs lighter than my heaviest during smolov. Looking forward to bulking again next year. Not trying to make excuses i just want to give myself enough detail of what's going on so I can improve.
