I broke him this week. We were doing a john meadows training routine and I pushed him too hard. Ripped his pec clean off the bone. I have instructed him to continue training obviously since his other pec is still intact. Let's all do a set of incline db flyes in his honor today.

It never actually healed as far as the muscle being right. I went to the family doctor right after it happened. He looked at it and said "You sure as ***t tore it." He told me there was no use in getting surgery (of course looking back on it, I might could've gotten a second opinion lol). I never saw a surgeon or anything. After a few months, the blood finally dried up. It was all the way down passed my elbow. It never hurt either, which was strange. I just had to roll out of bed using my left hand to grab my right arm. It looks like a deer hindquarter being fileted or something like that, even five years later.
