Anyone want to start a little thread about what they're eating today? i think we used to have one that was pretty good. I always like to get new ideas for what to make for meals. I eat a lot of the same things everyday, so I get tired of the things I make pretty regularly.
Today I had:
Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese and 1/2 an english muffin with butter; green tea
Lunch (going to have): spinach salad with walnuts, cranberries, gorgonzola cheese, croutons and some shredded deli turkey meat
Snacks: banana with peanut butter
Dinner: no clue yet, i don't have anything prepared will probably have to pick something up
What did you guys have today (or yesterday since today just begun

Love OMAD. It takes a little adjustment but you do stay full most of the day if you can eat a sufficient amount of calories. It actually becomes easy to restrict for those 23 or so hours. Also eating pretty much anything you want is very nice, within reason of course. And the extra bonus of making a cut super easy and for me its a great mood enhancer. I lost 25 pounds in 2.5 months over the summer. OMAD is by far the best cutting tool I have used and I have tried all the tricks.

Forgot I created this thread!
Today I had:
- overnight oats with 1 banana and some chopped pecans
- mixed greens salad with chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, croutons and avacado
- snacks - some almond butter and crackers
- dinner is going to be: air fried chicken thighs with white rice and broccoli
Do any of you ladies make overnight oats? to be honest, they were kind of gross and bland (my first time making them). I put 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats in a jar with 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Then this morning I added a banana and pecans and some cinnamon. I thought the toppings would help the taste, but it didn't do much. Am I doing something wrong?

Nah but if you think is taste bland then add the fruit the night before, personally I would try blending the banana with the almond milk. The oats really get there flavor from what they sit in. I like almond milk but I personally think even the vanilla is quiet plain.
I dont cook my oats but I don't like the texture of overnight oats. I blend my frozen berries with boiling water so that it is a cool liquid and add it do my oats. I allow it to sit while I cook my eggs and once I am about to eat I add my cinnamon.
Todays menu
MEAL 1- 150g Egg whites, 50g whole egg, 60g oats, 120g mixed frozen berries
MEAL 2- 140g Chicken breast, 120g jasmine rice, 60g green beans
MEAL 3- 140g Chicken breast, 120g jasmine rice, 60g broccoli, tablespoon of fat. Today was coconut oil
MEAL 4- 140g Chicken breast, 140g jasmine rice, 60g broccoli
MEAL 5- 200g Egg whites, 50g whole egg, ~100g Mushroom, green pepper, onion mix.Don't let yesterday be today.

Supposed to be trying to put on some weight but finding it hard 😱 today I had foie grois on bread, bacon cheeseburger and fries with a coke, Cadbury egg, red wine, wonton dumplings and noddles, coffee, the some more dumpling and noodles. Still need to do a protein shake.
Ugh I feel gross writing that.

Salad with ranch, because my tastebuds are that of a child. Cheeseburger with pepper jack and shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
I tend to do one big meal a day plus plenty of wine in the evening. It’s not ideal, but it’s not the worst.
Oh, and a cup of strawberries. If the salad bar at work has blueberries that day, I’ll eat them too. Antioxidants and whatnot.

. The biggest problem is the love of sweets, this is really a problem that needs to be solved soon. For the time being, it only helps me to play, for example, I found online roulette that involves so much that it can defeat my desires to eat candy. Who has a similar problem, I advise you to try slot machines. You can lose weight easier and earn more money for new clothes for new oneself. So girls?
Today I'm eat salad with fish and one egg.
