Lumber off the truck and organized, back hurts....
I've mentioned before and those I text/email already know, we moved 7/17 and I lost my 12'x22' bonus room and ended up in a 10'x12' room. Wife wants that room back, so the barn we were having built got upsized to house my weight room. It is 42'x60' and gym corner ends up 14'x20' which is plenty for what I do. The rest is for the horse stalls, tack, feed, mower, tools, tractor whatever else is around here that need to be inside.
Hope to have it framed in a week or so. Got a quote from Rogue for the flooring, got a PTAC picked out. Planning to do everything but the drywall myself, I hate that ****.SQ 475# 5/26/17 wraps

Quote from Rogue for flooring? Why would you do that, especially when it's in a barn? This will save you some cash:

Stall mats are OK, but it does make for a lot of gaps. I bought 15mm impact rubber flooring from RubberFlooringInc. It's nice because it comes in colors, and it's half the price of going through Rogue. Just someplace to look at more options if you want to save a few bucks and it's super easy because they cut the rolls to length for you.

Horse stall mats are effective if you are short on funds, but long term if you want the space to look commercial then rubber rolls are the way to go. I almost get more compliments on my flooring than I do my equipment LOL, it's the first thing people seem to notice when they walk in my gym. (Rubber Flooring Inc.)

That's it. Resale also was factored in. An air conditioned, drywalled space will make a fine office/tack room for an equestrian facility if the next owner does not want a gym. And I don't really want to look at six miles of seams.
Someone link me this rubber flooring inc your talking about, the one I looked at was only a couple dollars cheaper than rogue quote for RegupolSQ 475# 5/26/17 wraps

For me it wasn't for the cost, I just needed a quick solution delivered before moving my equipment into my new house. They had a 'Quick Ship' on certain items and I think they arrived within 3-4 days if memory serves correctly. They have been great and their cleaner/degreaser is fantastic, been over two years now and every time I mop the floor they look brand new again.

I've been looking forward to this since you mentioned your construction plans/method in the EC section.
That's a great looking building but is 14'x20' big enough?, Go with Regupol you won't regret it.
I had stall mats in my gym for over 10 years, nothing wrong with stall mats, but earlier this year I installed rolled rubber, both functionally and aesthetically it's made a hell of a difference.

I don’t remember the price of just the shipping but I ordered about 300 sq ft with the 10% color flecks and flooring including shipping was $2.36 /sq ft. Also, Regupol flooring is shipped straight from their manufacturing facility in Pa. I tried to buy it direct from Regupol but they only sell through their dealers.
Now OK for Sig line to be a novel

Might be different in Canada, but the quote I just got through Rogue Canada to ship Regupol to my door was less than RubberFlooringInc by over 10%.
Rogue took a look at my drawing, and is happy to accommodate my custom cuts such that each roll is cut based on my room width. Maybe RFI would do the same, but I don't know.

Finally, you are upgrading something in the GYM. lol.. Are you going to wait for the Rogue BF sale to save on shipping? It is only 6 weeks out.
Usually rubber flooring will also have sale during BF. Don't remember whether it is 10% or more. I did contemplate upgrading to rolled rubber from stall mats..[M]===[6]▪ Mech6 Crew #35 ▪[M]===[6]

rubber flooring inc will offer large discounts (20-25%) if you ask or leave something in your cart but not order. Don't ever pay full price from them. I think they also included lift gate fees for free.
I want to say I paid about $900-$950 for 400 square feet (5 rolls of 4'x20') with shipping to Michigan and liftgate. They took the pallet directly into my garage.{5'7" and under #1}
