    what everyone is saying here is dumb. I was like 10% at 144 which was my lowest bodyweight. I’m probably 20% at 207ish right now. Yeah I gained fat, I also gained a lot of muscle and strength though. When your deadlift goes from 135 to 510 in a year, I’m pretty sure it means that a lot of muscle had been gained

    and you can stfu as you’re a weak ass 16 year old who squats 265. I can do 100lbs over that for 10 reps. So you have no place to say anything

    I would argue you are well above 20% bf at 207lb but that's besides the point. Impressive improvement on the dead lift and squat, keep it up.

    You have some serious anger issues. You're not going to get far in life by always trying to show everyone how big your dick is. Learn to be a little more humble. I'm very aware I don't lift whatever you do. I'm glad you're happy with yourself. You must understand that not everyone has the same goals. Not everyone goes to the gym and eats to be a powerlifter.     I have the fat accumeasure calipers and they say I’m 20 or so. It sounds about right. I highly doubt I’m much higher than that. 207lb isn’t that heavy either, there’s lots of guys my height who are powerlifters that are even heavier.

    Just to add this bit... I never said "oh how could you add 40 pounds of muscle in 1 year(god tier genetics)???" , I said "how did you manage to add so much weight(20lbs) in a time period of 2 months (while gaining like no fat in the process)". But honestly, don't even care anymore. I'm guessing you don't have much else in life other than big numbers lifts, which is great, but most people don't give a **** about some random dudes numbers. I was actually surprised that your first argument was that you were stronger than me(for a second I thought you were trolling), and then you told me that you're older than me(I'm 19) and you originally compared your strength to OP(who is a 15 year old kid), and then you brought it up again to everyone that disagreed with you(a 16 year old guy). Kind of sad huh? Sitting on the teen section and flexing to a bunch of teenagers. But here's the thing my dude, in life people are gonna disagree with you, it'll happen a lot. You can't just go ham on everyone that questions or disagrees with you. Try getting a girlfriend, that should cool you down a bit.
