Decent is a very broad term.
There will be people worse than you and better than you. Aim to be better than you were yesterday.Texas Method Log *https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173755621*

Your wilks is 250, which means you have entered the intermediate phase of lifting. Your lifts are good for your age, if you want to increase them even more I recommend the texas method at this point for you. Good luck!

its ironic because you say "people should focus less on other peoples approval and just focus on bettering themselves" and then proceed to post your lifting stats so that you can get approval from everyone. If you meant what you said then you wouldn't be arguing whether he's considered strong or not, because by your statement it doesn't matter.

no need to start a fight here.
I have seen Mboux around the forums, ever since he started. Though he can have a bit of an attitude, he worked his ass off and got great results. All his results are reasonable for anyone who is dedicated. Just because you and other gym goers aren't getting the results doesn't mean others are using steroids.Texas Method Log *https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173755621*

Just genuenly curious. Actually, I think he just used a really good protein shake and gained so much in 2 months. Probably stopped using that shake though, because after those 2 months, he kind of hasn't made much progress. I want that damn protein shake, as long as I don't get those side effects and will be able to make kids.

lol **** off you piece of ****. I worked hard for my results and never plan to touch steroids in my life. I got stretch marks around muscle bellies because I gained muscle fast. I highly doubt you are deadlifting over 500 pounds and I am older than you. Achieving a 510 dead in just over a year like I did is completely reasonable. I guess you are too chicken to post your own lifts
