Thanks man. Yeah, was eating pasta, pizza and gelato on a daily basis for two weeks straight. But I also walked a lot lugging fairly heavy backpacks. The key being I felt light throughout the trip. so wasn't a big surprise to see the scale tip lower. Lol.
I guess as long as you keep the calories out more than the calories in weight loss keeps happening.

There has been some heavy water weight fluctuations for me this week. Last Friday was 95.9 kg, then on Monday I was at 97.1 kg and then today conveniently the scale showed the lowest number of the week which was 94.8 kg. I think this is number is too "low" and I think I might be a little dehydrated, but nice to see a 1.1 kg (2.4 lbs) drop regardless, but I don't think I will see a loss next Friday...

Todays Weigh in is 202.3 lbs (-0.3lbs)
Once again been holding lots of water weight most of the week and been as high as 207.2lbs - all caused by having some kebab, chips and cheese/garlic suace on sunday for dinner with my mum lol, my body seems to counteract very badly to any form of takeaways (probably due to the sodium) and is a consistant pattern everytime i have one.. after last weeks huge drop i wasnt expecting the scale to move but stay around where it was last friday, but either way the scales are moving down so i dont really care.

Thanks man, i just started cutting afew weeks back so the weight is coming off pretty quick.
But this week im on mid-term break so I am not getting any exercise since i use the campus gym and its closed.
Plus, been eating out alot and drinking this week.

After the progress you've made in just one month, I'd say having one week where you gain slightly would actually probably be a healthy thing. 21 pounds in a month is incredible to the point where it could almost be unhealthy, since you're generally only meant to lose ~2 pounds a week on average. In the beginning you likely lose a lot more due to the water weight that gets lost but 8.2 pounds in week 4 is kind of nuts.
I didn't get a chance to weigh last week as I was away for business all week and didn't have access to any scales. But checked myself today and am expecting to come in 2 pounds lower then I last weighed at. Which is wicked for me because I didn't eat well at all during that week away. But did manage to continue working out and getting some good cardio sessions in and since coming back home have stuck very closely to my diet.
