This thread will cover the following 13 weeks, with weigh-ins on the below dates:
Week 1: Friday 5th October
Week 2: Friday 12th October
Week 3: Friday 19th October
Week 4: Friday 26th October
Week 5: Friday 2nd November
Week 6: Friday 9th November
Week 7: Friday 16th November
Week 8: Friday 23th November
Week 9: Friday 30th November
Week 10: Friday 7th December
Week 11: Friday 14th December
Week 12: Friday 21th December
Week 13: Friday 28th December
This time it will three months instead of usual two. This was suggested in the previous thread and the reason for this longer challenge is that there is likely people starting cutting when new year starts and now they can join the next challenge. The next fat loss challenge starting in January will be two months again.
My goal in this challenge is to finally get under 200 lbs. To achieve that I will have to lose a little over 1 lbs / week.

190 this week
Filled out a bodyfat chart, and I'm about 28-31%. Jeez I really look it to when looking down at my belly.
My diet is ok overall but I have to cut out the cheese. A block of cheese over a weekend just about undoes a whole weeks losses.
Time to REALLY get strict, back to weighing everything I cook too.

Cutting it close to the first weigh in but I'm in I've been off site for a while but am back after a few weeks of losing without it
Starting weight 260.8
Goal: 234.8
That would be 2 pounds a week which I think is attainable. It would also put me below my max weight ever which was 340-345.

96.6 kg (213 lbs) said the scale today, which is 0,5kg (1,1 lbs) drop from last week. Last Friday I did go to McDonald's and had one cheat meal. Therefore Friday's Calories were a little higher than usual, but since my activity level was also higher than usual I think I was still under maintenance that day. So all in all, I think I am doing quite well and I must say that one month diet break I had during my summer vacation really helped me to get my motivation back.
