I will add 20mins/day 3 days a week of light cardio next week and see if I can keep my increased carbs and reduce weight. Bit late posting mostly because I completely forgot yesterday after I weighed in. Had a really bad week eating wise, was well over 2,000 calories at least 4/7 days. But at the same time I kept up the good workout schedule and finally built myself a chest/arms workout routine that really feels rewarding after it.
Time to get back on track this week. The fact I still lost .2 pounds despite the awful eating is motivating me further to smarten up for these last 3 weeks. I know if I eat right and stop cheating I can lost ~2 pounds a week these last 3 weeks before the holidays and get down to 235.
Lets crush these last few weeks guys, then we can truly enjoy the holidays before jumping right back into the grind in the new year.

I reduced intake this week. Even saw 83.9kg on Thursday morning (which is the first time I saw sub 84 in a very long while). But swung back to no change for the week by Friday night. My weigh in have always been pre bedtime. So I will stick with no change for this week. Hopefully I can push past 85 next week.

This is just nuts. I am glad you have been able to stick with it already so long with such an aggressive calorie deficit. It has been very typical in these weight loss challenge threads that there is always someone trying to do what you are doing right now and usually they disappear way before the challenge is over.
