    Knew I was gonna be up this week. 3 Day business trip for work meant 3 days away from the gym and not exactly the healthiest of meals.

    Heading back in the right direction this week, though still not quite at the pace I'd like to be at. Chalk that up to celebrating my birthday a little too much over the weekend. But any progress in the right direction is progress. And while the overall weight hasn't moved a lot these two weeks I know I have lost fat because I have had some really nice gains in the gym and can feel myself getting stronger.

    I had a lot of water weight onboard, so I'm 188lb today. I could have been more like 186 tho if not for breaking my diet rules

    Now to really see how I'm doing, I look forward to the end of month. I've started recording my macro's, upping the protein and cutting more carbs.

    Good progress! Milestones are always nice! I am not that far away from 200 lbs mark myself and hopefully I can get below that by the end of this challenge.

    Thanks dude You recovered fully from your surgery yet and back on track?

    Im definetly under 20% bodyfat now, so progress is more noticeable now in small ammounts - forgot how good it feels compared to being 35%+ bloatlord lol

    Well, not fully recovered, but definitely back on track. I am still avoiding compound lifts as I cannot strain my core normally just yet, but I feel I can do pretty good workouts regardless.
