3. Today my weight was same as last weeks Friday. Not really disappointed as this is what I expected after last weeks weigh in. Progress still looks good if I look at averages or trend of daily weigh ins...

Did not expect to drop weight this week. I felt bloated middle of this week due to some extra carbs in between. Good surprise.

Not quite as big a loss as I had hoped for 2 weeks, but still forward progress. Adding some extra cardio to the end of my workouts now, hopefully that will add up to that extra 0.5 pounds each week I'm trying to lose to hit our goal for the next 1.5 months.

Once again been holding lots of water weight most of the week and been as high as 207.2lbs - all caused by having some kebab, chips and cheese/garlic suace on sunday for dinner with my mum lol, my body seems to counteract very badly to any form of takeaways (probably due to the sodium) and is a consistant pattern everytime i have one.. after last weeks huge drop i wasnt expecting the scale to move but stay around where it was last friday, but either way the scales are moving down so i dont really care.

Weighed in yesterday but it didnt post somehow, so weighed myself this morning again.

Anyways this week i had been eating allot more than usual, i thought maintanance as i had 3 days where i endulged in takeaways lol.

Didnt expect a drop after 3 huge pizzas over the weekend and monday, mainly because my weight went as high as 208.4 lol

Great job man. Truly inspirational. Losing 40kg is a tremendous achievement. Keeping this strict commitment to diet and excercise for 20months shows strong character. Congrats.

Even though I haven't hit the goal weight, I have a feeling like there's other factors in play, because I've started lifting weights intensively, so an additional muscle may have replaced some fat, and I've also been eating a sodium rich diet, so I suspect a little bit of water retention.

If by next week weigh-in I won't arrive my target, I'm going to re-adjust the milestones.

22. Today the scale showed the same number as last week and week before. This is exactly why I like daily weigh ins. Just looking at these Friday weigh ins it is starting to look like I am plateauing, but looking from daily weigh ins I know that it is simply caused by water weight fluctuations... So progress looks good. Slow but steady.

its like a curse ever since I started posting here it's the same weight every Friday but on average I'm losing 0,5kg per week

Not as much loss as I was hoping for. Really not sure why I didn't lose more this week. Was aggressive in my tracking of calories ate and was between 1400 and 1800 pretty every day this week with the exception of one day at 2400. But I cant see that one day being the cause for us only losing 0.8 pounds.

That said, I am pushing myself pretty hard at the gym lately especially with weight training and am hitting new PRs every week in a different exercise, so I'm quite confident I lost more then 1 pound in pure fat but definitely built some extra muscle which is probably countering the higher weight loss numbers I was hoping to see.

Just gotta keep at it is the main thing.
