Week 2 - 249.2
Heading back in the right direction this week, though still not quite at the pace I'd like to be at. Chalk that up to celebrating my birthday a little too much over the weekend. But any progress in the right direction is progress. And while the overall weight hasn't moved a lot these two weeks I know I have lost fat because I have had some really nice gains in the gym and can feel myself getting stronger.
