KAGED MUSCLE is CLEARING out the competition with the brand new
CREACLEAR
MICROENCASPULATED CREATINE MONOHYDRATE!
MentalistMan and I are giving away SIX tubs of the new hotness.
CreaClear™ is a scientifically advanced formula that delivers ultra-soluble creatine monohydrate using an innovative technology. The creatine molecule is protected by a unique protein-based encapsulation matrix that enhances the solubility and allows for clear mixing in liquid.
Kaged Muscle® has harnessed seven years of scientific research to formulate the most advanced encapsulated creatine monohydrate, CreaClear™ . We partnered with Anabio Technologies LTD., a global leader in encapsulation technology with 14 patents either granted or pending. Utilizing a proprietary crosslinked protein matrix, the creatine monohydrate in CreaClear™ is encased with dairy protein for effective protection. This unique protein membrane is void of any pores on its surface, ensuring the creatine remains intact and stable in fluid.
CreaClear™ protects creatine against ingestion, proteolysis, and lipolysis in the stomach, and intestine because of the microencapsulation. There is simply no other creatine monohydrate supplement like it, and it’s exclusively available to Kaged Muscle®. In fact, the microencapsulation technology used in CreaClear™ is so innovative that it’s currently being reviewed by the U.S. Patent office.

I dig the look of that container.
Currently I'm working on strengthening my legs. I'm not where I should be due to cartilage build and mx training. Working on the correct form, starting with light weight and squatting all the way down. Slow progress but hoping to build them where I should by the time I graduate this winter and go from there!
Also back day specifying lats and watching them balloon!PM for custom art inquiry's, examples on my page.

That Creaclear looks amazing!
My current favorite exercise is bend over rows with the barbel but completely parallel to the floor. Not many people do them like this anymore and it really targets my lower back.
I started doing this exercise because in the beginning i had a weak lower back which led to posture problems. But now i'm seeing good results and i no longer slouch. whenever i walk.
I get to go as heavy as possible with good form, going ham pulling the weights towards me and by the end, my entire upper body is completely pumped. Always feels great and makes me look forward to back day.

Fantastic opportunity! Looks like a revolutionary product.
My favorite lift right now is the DB Stiff-Legged Deadlift. The contraction I've been feeling in my hamstrings has been A-MAZING!
I feel pretty good as it's a new movement, one I haven't dabbled with in years. I really think it will compliment my overall hamstring development and even help my erector spinae and hip hinging.Instagram: @dedios09

dang, this CreaClear looks like a very interesting product. its not often that something strikes me as really new and original but CreaClear has done just that. the microencapsulation technology sounds great in theory and id really enjoy putting it to the test in a real life setting.
would i like to review this product?
right now, my favorite exercise is probably the WEIGHTED DIP.
why?
1. you can never outgrow them. just keep adding weight and the gains never cease.
2. not only is it a great overall upper body mass builder, you can also target definitive muscle groups by the angles at which you perform the movement. leaning the body forward will target the chest while also engaging the the delts, lats and traps to a lesser degree.
keeping the body upright will shift the focus more onto the triceps. this is my personal favorite dip variation. specifically, i love the way my Tri's blow up and pop after pushing out a few substantial sets......horseshoes, anyone?

Just posting for kicks & giggles.
Favorite exercise at the moment is Squats.
Yesterday night was rough. Forgot my belt.. never felt confident venturing past 400's without 'em.
But I got up to 495 for 1rm, but failed trying to get up from the hole.
First time dropping the weight in a longgg time and ended up with mixed emotions.
Angry that I wasn't good enough... but also motivated that I failed O.o

You guys at km have hooked me up plenty in the past so I'm for support. Really, really want to think of what people think of this product as regular monohydrate gives me gi issues as well. I've switched to hcl (km of course) and another brand that is a creative mix minus the mono. 1 5.6g scoop and 178 scoops per container I'll be buying it no doubt!

I'm actually really happy that this is coming out. C-HCl is good stuff, but a lot of people prefer to use plain ol' monohydrate, including myself

My favorite is Power Cleans. It mixes both speed and strength during the lift and nothing feels more alpha that cleaning some heavy ass weight. Its one of my favorite lifts to help build explosiveness for football. This was me hitting 245lbs yesterday (Goal is to get up to 300).

Renny - this is novel. I keep a tub of C-HCl (lemon lime specifically) on hand for non-workout days to replace what I miss by not having PRE-K that day. Would you suggest taking one or the other? or both?
My favorite right now is anything on my hip sled (leg press/hack combo). Why? Because it's my newest piece of equipment and I paid a lot of money for it to better grow mah legsticks and complete the workout programs (running HCT over and over). It also allows me to work heavier without stressing my back. Man, I sound like a KM fanboy. Well, it's kinda true

I'd say a thick cold post workout smoothie. I started blending everything together in my pantry during my first year of college, when I first started lifting (go figure), and created my favorite smoothie to this day. Then, it mainly consisted of oatmeal, pb, chocolate or pb protein, banana, milk. Occasionally I'll make it the traditional way but i'll make it different every now and then.

My favorite post workout meal is steak and egg whites! Since I workout in the morning, it gives me an excuse to eat steak (and my wife HATES it!)
