banana, you know the fruit, you must be familiar with its shape in any case.
milk, of your choice, misc says to avoid soy otherwise you become a liberal with some weird gender identity
unflavored protein, it exists... protein in powder but like without all the other random chit to make it palatable

blend them.

I add a banana, 1/4 cup of blueberries and 3 ice cubes to Syntha 6 strawberry and it's amazing

Not really plus having an excess of them can be counterproductive. Unless you’re okay with having excess glucose, maybe ketones if you’re dieting but most likely decomposing. Srs

Dymatize makes a good banana protein as well.

its going by Body Nutrition now, the banana is pretty good. They had choc banana which was very good too but i think that is gone now

Metabolic Drive that BioTest makes. It's quite excellent. It's a casein + whey blend. Texture is on point. Taste is on point. You would most certainly enjoy it. Same goes for their strawberry.

BioX banana was my favorite but haven't had it in ages, as far as mixed flavored banana goes rob is wrong again as per usual Blue star nailed it with chocolate covered banana which disappeared .

XF UP 2.0 was the best Banana flavor I've ever had. MyoFusion banana back in the day was also excellent
