SERIOUS HELP. Self thought versus Personal training.
I spent a year working out. Nothing is working. I feel confused and don't know where to start. I feel like I have to go back from square one from diet and workout. Im not doing well. Should I just pay a personal trainer for $400 just to train me. Where do I even begin? There are a lot of information where I followed everything but Im having difficulty because its not consistent.
Did you guys work out with out any help from others? I read stuff online then follow a different routine. I just need one easy to follow program.
