    I binged on chocolate at Starbucks and I want to cry

    I am 6 weeks out for my first bikini competition prep and I have 6 more weeks to go until my competition day.
    I was doing great and then I went to store and "consciously" bought a package of Lindt chocolate thinking I will only eat one piece of it,,,, I went to Starbucks and with my cup of Americano, I again consciously enjoyed and finished the entire chocolate which is about 600 kcal. I did enjoyed it but at the end, I realized I just kept eating even I was full. Now I am having a major guilty feeling and want to cry.. I know I should move on but I am in a huge regret.

    If I eat 600 kcal less today to make up the chocolate that I ate, would it help? Sigh... I feel so sick...and disappointed at myself.

    Just continue on like normal, don't do anything crazy to try and offset the calories. If you it'll help ease your mind, go do some light cardio for a bit.

    Happens to the best of us!

    Don't cry; get back on the horse. Use it as a learning experience. And at 6 weeks out, you're fine. Heck, the cacao in it will be good for you.
