Does any do micro cutting such as bulking for a month and cutting for 2 weeks or so? Because im yet to try this to see how it works with my body. I normally bulk 3 months and cut for 1 month but i loose quite amount of muscle while i loose fat. Of course im eating 1g protein per lbm. Just want to know has anyone had any experience doing micro or it doesnt work since that body needs time to adjust? and also when you guys go for a cut do you do maintenance calories for 1 week before you go 500 calories under? or straight from +500 calories to -1000 calories? (Since -500 is back to maintenance)

^Exactly this.
What's the point of trying to gain 2-3lbs to lose half of it back.. You'll end up spinning your wheels.
You also should be aware that when bulking/cutting, you slowly up/lower your calories week by week, you don't just jump to your goal calories at one go. So how would you achieve that?
Doesn't sound like a good approach to me.“One of the greatest experiences in life is achieving personal goals that others said would be, ‘impossible to attain.’ Be proud of your success and share your story with others.” -Robert Cheeke

I haven't tried it, but plenty of reading for you to do here :

Will it work, I have no idea, nutrition isn't my expertise. But Pakulski knows his chit. I'll probably give it a go next year.. Obviously don't expect 20, 30 lbs unless, well you know LOLLast edited by jk202; 09-19-2018 at 08:52 AM.

No, for the most part it's ridiculous. Advanced lifters will be gaining slowly so in a month they won't gain much. Newer lifters probably should be spending longer continuous times in surplus to support the larger gainz they are capable of and training in general.
