Any kind of leafy salad (for example: spinach, kale, etc..), tomatoes, peppers, feta cheese, olive oil, sundried tomatoes OR some olives (otherwise it becomes too salty for my liking).

Spinach with 1-2 table spoons of olive oil and 1-2 table spoons vinegar or apple cider vinegar (equal parts oil and vinegar, depending on size of salad) and some salt. If you don't have a date that day, add some finely chopped garlic.
You can also do greek salad with equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar, tomatoes, red onions, red/green pep, cucumber, feta cheese and salt and pepper.
God bless my gf who can make ceaser dressing from olive oil base. Very hard to get the right balance of ingredients though.

*Bag of salad greens
*Bottle of dressing of your choice.
*Combine the two in any ratio you like.
*BAM!!!No brain, no gain.

Having worked in the salad business for years, here is an easy and tasty recommendation.
Spicy Thai Chix Salad
Base - Handful of Spinach + Handful of Romaine
Toppings - 3oz Carrots julienned + 2oz Red Cabbage chopped + 2oz Celery chopped + 2oz Walnuts
Protein - 4oz Grilled Chix or Salmon
Dressing - 2oz Spicy Peanut Sauce or Trader Joe's Spicy Peanut Vinagrette
Salad (170 calories) + Dressing (~70 calories) = ~240 Calories

Wonder why you want a high fat dressing?
Most dressing are high fat.
For Low Fat, Low calories I like to use condiments as dressing.
-iceburg lettuce
-ham or chicken or Extra lean ground beef
-bro**** slaw
-pickle
-mustard
-Reduce Sugar ketchups
-I also put Spices on my salads.
Very low calories and taste good for the calories.
