Hey workout journal brahs, long time no see. I had a log here awhile ago but got lazy. I'm logging my deadlift progress here.
As of Sep 18,2018
Sumo max: 455
Conventional max: 425
As you can see my deadlift is pretty weak. I have pretty bad leverages for deads since I lockout at my nuts for both but I'll try to not use that as an excuse. I hope to improve my chit deadlift, maybe a 500+ by the end of the year.
I'm currently running Brendan Teitz's DUP program and I'm going to try pull sumo again.

Worked up to 405x3 @RPE 6, then did backoff sets with 330. Felt pretty good especially since I haven't pulled sumo in a while.
Also did some dumbbell RDLs, rows, pull ups and biceps

405x3 beltless and paused
Last rep was barely paused but I'll still count it
Did this after hitting 385x3 and my back off sets so it probably could have went better.
