PLEASE HELP: When to Workout (Fasted Window)

I have really been struggling with trying to plan out my workout time of the day. I work Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm and I train kids for basketball usually the hours of 6:30 pm-9:00 pm. I have a 24 hour gym membership so I can go at whatever time. I like to do weights and cardio preferably knocking out cardio between sets of lifting so time can be cut down.

After training kids I am usually wide awake so I don't come home and go right to bed. I am also NOT A MORNING PERSON. But I have tried both working out at 5am before work and 9pm after work.

So my question is if I eat usually 10:30 am - 6:30 pm. When do I workout 5 hours before I break my fast but mornings are miserable or at night 3 hours into my fast when I'm wide awake.

Please Help! Thank you Fit Fam

It really doesn't matter. Hit the gym when it's convenient.

Workout when most convenient. You're trying to make it much more complicated than it needs to be.

Workout when you feel awake and energetic. Decide this first.

Eat when you prefer, fit it around when you train... there is no magic to some 'fasting window' and your eating pattern should certainly not be allowed to cause you problems with being able to train when you want.
