What type of results can I expect?

    Hey guys,

I am relatively new to weightlifting. I've been doing fierce 5 and I've gained about 10 lbs. My plan is to gain 20 more lbs so that I am about 185 at 6 feet (165 lbs right now). If I do this successfully, what will I look like? When I went from 155 to 165, I actually looked less fat despite gaining some fat, will this continue to happen?

    Pics in bodyspace.
I'm 18, and here are my lifts if that matters.
    Bench 1RM:155 lbs
    Squat 1 RM: 185 lbs
    DL 1 RM: 225 lbs

Nobody can answer that question. You will just have to try it and see. At your age, you are in prime growing years so continue to progress in the gym and eat enough to grow but keep it slow and steady. Too much of a caloric surplus and you gain size/weight but more in terms of fat versus muscle. 1-2 lbs per month gained is ideal
