    From loser to alpha male

    Hi my name is Alex, I decided that i want to go back to the gym after long break . My best lifts from the past are : ohp 50kg x10 bench 106kg x1. high bar 100kgx10 deadlift 141kg x7 . I want to workout minimum 4 days a week. This is going to be my routine 1. Bench 2x5,1x5+amrap. bench slow eccentric 5x10 , rows. 2. Deadlift 1x5+ Rdl 5x10, abs 5 sets, 3.ohp 2x5,1x5+ ohp 5x10 pull up5x slow eccentric. 4. Squat 2x5, 1x5+ squat 5x10 slow eccentric , abs 5 sets.
