Am open to advice on where I should be investing time on my physique. This one I took on my recent leg day.

Need to work on the diet and nutrition aspect to accelerate gains because I literally eat fast food and chug protein powder

Currently 6’ and 1/4 inches at 204 lbs

Deadlift isn’t a priority right now but if my squat increases so does my deadlift. I expect 5 plates at the end of the year

I only recently hit a 3 plate deadlift but at max. Adding lots of volume like I'm doing with other lifts and around 80% of max to bump it up.
