Kinobody's clients and himself only do incline bench/dumbell press. Some of the chests look the same as kinobody's but majority doesn't. does it matter if you choose incline over flat? Incline supposedly makes your chest more square-like and flat makes it more meatier but round-like. can these exercises really change the appearance of your chest or is it genetics?
I noticed a lot of powerlifters speaking about big rib cages as an advantage on the bench press does this change how much muscle you can build if so which muscles?
Strongmen also have abs at 15-20% bodyfat is that due to their hypertrophy of the ab muscles or is it because they store less bodyfat on their torso? (genetics? or training?)
Also I have noticed some guys have thin upper traps and thick upper traps is that due to bodyfat % or are thick traps genetic?
usually the topic surrounds the biceps and calves anyone else noticed the other muscles? thanks all.
