    Red face I have 18 days to get as lean as possible, what should I do (SRS)

    well boyos, Im going to mexico with my family, I dont even want to get laid since I have a new gf....just want to look decent lol

    thinking of doing psmf and 2 hour or cardio everyday...what else should I try?

    Plus, it's low impact, so you don't get tired.

    You could also add in some walking if you'd like, but I'd definitely recommend staying away from running/jogging/etc. Just lift and maybe walk for 30-60 minutes.

    Im lifting everyday, with 30 minutos cardio...but my diet is terrible lately, dat dere anxiety

    Doing 2 hours of cardio and a psmf for 18 days will mess with yiur hormones and make you not enjoy your holiday even if you make it. Thats like saying im going to drive to work flat out.l, sure you might make it and not get pulled over but good luck woth your speeding fines. It wont be worth it
