Every time i flex a muscle it cramps, especially my quads though. I'll get forearm, bicep, and even tricep cramps when flexing. This has been happening since about last year, my senior year in high school. Is this normal while flexing the muscle? One time the cramp in my quad was so bad i felt a pull on my knee. I drink a gallon + of water a day, been increasing sodium intake for the past month, and even eat a banana every morning lol. Some help or suggestions would be nice. I do take creatine but I've laid off since the cramps. Don't hit me with that "It's AIDS" **** please lmao.

If I get cramps I check these things:
Magnesium
Salt
Taurin
Water
Sodium
I do get hard cramps when I flex my lats after a workout and when I train forearms I get muscle spasm/cramps in my brachialis.
Maybe drink even more water? Or check a doc. Don't think it's that bad if you don't cramp up while contracting in a workout.Creatine is a meme crew
