Joint Supplements as a Preventative?

Hey All,

I ordered a glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM blend for joint health. Given my family's genetics and screwed up ankles/knees/shoulders I figured I would start supplementing to help prevent or mitigate any possible injuries and wear/tear on my joints during workouts. Would this be beneficial?

BTW, I'm 31 not 48....

Thanks. The ingredients and reviews look promising, I'll have to look into it. I'll see how this supplement works first-- I tend to get a little achy in my knees and shoulders.

Good choice to go with the Cissus. I use Blue Star Nutraceutical's Joint Armour throughout the year.
