Hey All,
I ordered a glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM blend for joint health. Given my family's genetics and screwed up ankles/knees/shoulders I figured I would start supplementing to help prevent or mitigate any possible injuries and wear/tear on my joints during workouts. Would this be beneficial?
BTW, I'm 31 not 48....
Thanks!

Prevention > treatment.
Joint supplements are one of the few supplements I use anymore, and especially use year round.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
