    Update Goals Now that I hit 405- I want to hit 420 by April 20th for #Blaze it

    Future goals will be 2x BW bench- I'm cutting after I hit my 420 goal (maybe a double we shall see if I can keep up with my bulk (currently struggling to stay above 240) Hard to eat enough

    Plan will be to cut down to 9% bodyfat single digits or where I can visible see abs without flexing then from there it will be a slow slow bulk back up

    Currently sitting at 239-240 lbs I'd estimate about 20% body fat

    Day 7/50 PEDS DadliftsnRuns (Press every Day System) 1/19/22

    Slingshot bench 365x3 395x5
    Larsen Press 265 (40 reps)- 11,11,10,8
    Tricep pushdowns- Purple band 12 5 sets (50+ reps)

    Week 1 is in the books lads! Over all week 1 was nice- I enjoy the different accessory lifts and decreased direct bench press volume

    Total week 1 volume
    Bench Press 345*29 365*9 375*1 385*1 Total bench volume 14,050 lbs Approx 2000 a day
    OH Press 125x40 = 5000
    Incline 215x10 205x30 = 8300
    CG Bench 255x 40 = 10200
    Slingshot bench 365x3 395x5 = 3070
    Larsen Press 265x40 = 10600

    Total Bench + accessory volume week 1= 51,000 lbs lifted 7,300 a day.

    2x bw bench gonna be good goal cut to 200-210 bench 400-420 would be the goal but it be a journey to get it bac kup after 30-40 lb cut.

    Day 8/50 PEDS DadliftsnRuns (Press every Day System) 1/20/22

    Week 2 Day 1 (week 2 same lifts just the accessories- OH press, Incline bench, cg bench larensen press will be 30 Reps with a higher weight vs last week which was 40 reps slightly lower weight)

    Bench 345x2 345x6 ( went for 7 to see if I could get a new 1rep max estimate of 415 but failed) Once I hit 345x7 Ill move up daily weight to 350 4 reps
    OH press 135x 30 reps- 9,9,8,6
    Pullups 50+ reps I just did 5 reps rest 1min to 90 seconds repeat- got 8 sets then 4 4 3.

    Bench 345x2 365x2 385x1 385x1 325x7 (95% 1 rep day hit 385 for 2 sets of 1- was heavy- Tried for a double failed)

    Day 10/50 PEDS DadliftsnRuns (Press every Day System) 1/22/22
    Bench 345x4 (super heavy today)
    Incline Bench (30 reps heavier than week 1) 225x 9 ,7 , 5 ,5 ,5 == 31 reps
    Dumbell curl 25 for 50 reps- max reps rest 90 seconds continue till 50 are hit.

    Day 11/50 PEDS DadliftsnRuns (Press every Day System) 1/23/22 Week2 Day4- Mid weak Test day-
    Bench 370 1+ rep- Hit 3 reps so that mean next week day 4 will increase to 375- If I hit 1 or 2 It stays the same- Hit 3-4 go up +5 next week. If hit 5 or more add +10. (not likely happening)

    Overall today day 11 was really nice 370x3 is a PR for 3 rep max Would love to see 405x3 before I start my Cut- in 3months. I'm not sure It will happen but we shall see. Hoping for 4/20 By april 20th Cut start after- Goals by end of april 420 single- 405 clean double/triple.

    Bench 355x2 355x3 (added 10 lbs by mistake) will be going back to daily 345 moving forward- It was heavier thatr i expected got my daily 4 reps

    Rest was great- Slept like a baby. I weigh my self daily- Yesterday I was 241- Today I woke up at 236 (weird) Anyways feeling good today basically a rest day- but warmup went well so hit some heavy singles-

    Bench 225x20 285x5 345x2 375x2 385x1 385x0 345x2

    Then a bunch of stretches and facepulls to stretch out my tight shoulder- Still feeling injured from my snowboarding fall 2 weeks ago.

    Using 1 rep max calculator Slingshot bench 445- 405x5 == estimate 1rm 455 (+10)- So will be using a higher number there
    Larsen presss 285*10 === estimated 380(+5)
    Next week i'm going to push OH press and Incline on the 1st set to see if We can increase the 1 repmax eestimates

    Day 15/50 PEDS DadliftsnRuns (Press every Day System) 1/27/22 Week3 Day0

    Woke up feeling rough- Keep sleeping with my giant brain head laying on my shoulder- woke up about 5x in pain due to laying on it for extended periods of time- it like ill have my arm at a 45 degree angle above my shoulder like 9 o clock and all the weight on it makes it hurt

    Anyways hit my minimums and called it a day- Calling it day 0 since it didnt have my OH press for day 1.

    Bench 325x2 345x2 345x3 345x3 I did the set of 2 and 3 with about 3 second pauses oln each rep and the last set of 3 with a closer grip TNG

    Bench 325x3 365x2 385x2 (New PR) 405x0 (shouldn't have went for it got about 50% up then died) (been slowly working on my form- I'm need to record more from the side to see if my butthole is stay on the bench or not. 1st time hitting 385 for a double.

    Bench Press 325x4- 350x5 (+5 from 345 daily 4 reps increased because 385x2 estimated increased 1 rep max to 410) 350 will be the daily 4 reps

    Deadlifts- 1st time dead lifting in like 6 years- worked up to a heavy single at Hook Grip 395/415 with mix of sumo and conventional- I plan to start hitting more deadlifts. They felt great-

    Bench Press- 355x4, 355x2 Didn't like using 2.5 cuz they are sissy so 355 is the new daily weight- I'm considering increasing 5 lbs every 2 weeks regardless of the 1 rep max calculations- 4 reps daily reps minimum
    Incline 235x20 reps- 235x8,8,5 = 21 reps
    Curls 50+ reps
    Cable rows 50+

    Overall still tweaking my form every day trying to get it better today felt pretty good the 355x4 was kinda heavy but bad. Probably should have only done 3 but no problem. Got more of a side view so I can verify my ass is staying put.

    Day 19/50 PEDS DadliftsnRuns (Press every Day System) 1/31/22 Week3 Day4 - Week 3 accessories every other day will be with 80% of max for 20 reps

    Day 4 is the heavy +1 test- 375x1+ Today if hit 3 move up +5 next week if not stay the same-

    Bench Press 350x1 375x3- 375x2 I cheated on rep 3 so i'm stayign at 375 for next week and not moving up +5. I can see slight day light between the bench and my shorts-

    Deadlifts ( started this week doing dead lifts again) max is 415- today i did 325x4,3,3- 305x20+ reps random sets didn;t count did 5 sets working on my form of 5-10 reps. I recorded some of the sets and man i'm still stuck on my form- It doesnt look correct but I cant figure out how to get it smooth like butter.

    Anyways- Happy with 375x3 bench even tho I cheated on em- might be getting stronger while I stay at same bodyweight- I need to increase my calories but i'm having issues eating 3500+ a day it just tough for me.

    Close Grip Larsen Spoto Press 295x3 (goofed around) basically legs up- close grip- pause 1 inch off the chest.

    Seal rows 50+ reps- SS cable rows 50+ reps

    Happy I hit my numbers 355 is feeling heavy i'm sore every morning my shoulders hurt- but i love it.

    Bench 335x3 355x4 355x3 (no belt or wrist wraps)
    Deadlifts- 285 x 50-75 reps- 10 sets of 5-10 reps working on my form still sucks hate deadlifts- giving up just going to do lightish weights 2-3x a week for my back to feel good.

    You are very close to a 405 bench doubling that 385. I'd say watchout for the fails cuz they'll stall the chit out of your bench via CNS burnout (same with the heavy deads)

    Also if your overhead press is around that range (145x9) definitely work on getting it above 200 pounds strict and that will carry over to your bench. With a bench closing in on 405 I'd say you should have a 225x1 strict overhead press at least... Building your back mass/strength up will carryover to your pressing too.

    Thanks! i'v hit the 405x1 in january- Yeah i'm doing OH press once a week right now to get it up- after this 50 day of pressing every day i'm go to 2x a week on OH press- never really did them before since in the past they always messed with my neck.

    Yup doing some deadlift, bb rows, db rows pull ups for back strength.

    Bench 325x4 355x4 385x1 (wasnt clean will hit again later this week 1 rep of 95%/week mandatory)
    OH press- 160x10 reps- 160x5 160x4 160x5 14 reps felt nice then dropped to 125x12 all PRS never did OH press really since 2018 after I jacked up my neck turning it while performing the exercises

    Wife made me start cutting about a month ago

    Down 240- to 233- Strength is way Down

    325x3 335x2 is heavy now- Max around 355-365- Down from 375-385- Down from ATH peak at 405.

    Sad but what ever- Hope to keep 315x5 and 365 as I continue my cut.

    Sad losing nearly 10% already-


    Goal is 10-12% bodyfat- It have me at 195-215 range- No clue will need to lose another 20 lbs to get any idea of where I'm at
