    My question on keto.

    So daily i eat around 6-8 fried salmons daily
    Eat 1 fried egg and 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise and 4-5 teaspoons of peanut butter.

    Its been 2 weeks and i dont feel like my fat is burning.I kinda think that im getting fattier


    Ps.i eat a variety of vegetables too


    Help me.

    How many grams is each salmon? And how much oil you put?
    The only people who will lose weight ad lib on keto are obese or very overweight person.
    If you are overweight or just looking to cut you need to calculate everything you eat, and frying isn't very good idea to lose weight, and a bad idea for health in general.

    You're 15 and in your prime growth years. You should not be doing keto or any other caloric restriction unless medically necessary. Eat a well balanced diet composed primarily of nutrient dense foods, follow a solid strength training program and allow your body to grow.

    I have pectus carinatum so the fat arojnd my chest area kinda sticks out.so i wanted to lose fat fast thats why im trying keto.

    It doesn’t appear to in your pics, it looks like you lack muscle and overall development. If you eat a well balanced diet as mentioned and train hard you can add muscle to your frame. You have zero reason to diet, you need to gain muscle.
