So daily i eat around 6-8 fried salmons daily
Eat 1 fried egg and 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise and 4-5 teaspoons of peanut butter.
Its been 2 weeks and i dont feel like my fat is burning.I kinda think that im getting fattier
Ps.i eat a variety of vegetables too
Help me.

How many grams is each salmon? And how much oil you put?
The only people who will lose weight ad lib on keto are obese or very overweight person.
If you are overweight or just looking to cut you need to calculate everything you eat, and frying isn't very good idea to lose weight, and a bad idea for health in general.
