IF+Carnivore diet follower. This would be perfect to drink before workout to get some much needed bcaa's since i workout fasted so every boost helps.

An EAA supplement is something I have not tried yet. I'm working on maintaining my motivation to keep working out, Trying to get that old hype back and work on waking up early and keeping an active schedule. All about that positivity. So maybe this will give that boost.

This looks like it would help me as I am doing a Keto diet while trying to retain muscle. I would use pre workout for energy I am not getting from carbs and the aminos would help keep me anabolic. I have also heard that Green Coffee Beans which some of the caffeine comes from, helps in burning fat. Props to Nutrabio for the full label disclosure, even down to the flavoring and sweeteners.

i havent had the pleasure of trying this yet but it sure sounds like a worthwhile product.

the combination of both EEA's and BCAA's provides a full spectrum of all the amino acids needed for recovery, repair and protein synthesis. between work, family duties and training im constantly on the run and many times find myself dragging as the day wears on. EAA Energy with its organic caffeine would be a great alternative to the sugar laden energy drinks that i am now purchasing with regularity.

i would be glad to honestly rate and review EAA Energy for you!

I have yet to try EEA Energy. I think it would help me during my longer workouts and even to sip on through out the day. Especially in the later the afternoon when my caffeine intake seems to wear off. It sure would beat a Redbull or Monster!

oooo, id like to try out EAA Energy!

since the body doesnt naturally produce EAA's sometimes i wonder if im getting enough through my diet to maximize my training and recovery. using EAA Energy would eliminate those worries and i would be able to see and record any differences made in the form of a review.

another plus would be the added hydration and energy during training. i find water so boring and sports drinks like Gatorade are full of sugars and calories that i dont need. i could sip EAA Energy throughout my workout and stay both hydrated and energized...all for 5 calories per serving! thats a win-win in my book.

Never heard of it, so that means I've never tried it.

I am assuming you drink this during your workout? If so, I think this would be awesome to try.

Since I workout in the early am, could it be something to help get me thru the day with if I sipped it at work?

Really interested in seeing how it would work and benefit me thru the workout or thru the work day....

Wouldn't it be so broken down you would barely taste let alone feel the benefits from it in a gallon? I would think 6-8 scoops would be awesome in a gallon

As you can see, I am already planning my whole day out...lmao

I have a 3 liter jug and put in 2 scoops with great flavor. I would try it out and see depending on how strong you want it.
