What's good, thank you Nutra, received my Hydropure and will be tapping into it shortly! Hit Chest and cardio this morning, overall a good session, still getting a lot of tenderness in the left front delt area when benching, working on grips and grip widths. Wasn't as bad as last chest session so hopefully it will keep improving. Hit about 5 sets on flat bench, 4 sets each on the three hammer strength press machines then about 40 minutes of cardio.

Kevin McDowell posted to me once, or maybe more, that he's not done flat bench in years - always incline. I think it was about better body mechanics and doing it for longevity. What I found that also helps is doing DBs more often than not and at a natural, slightly 'bent' grip. I would set my bench to 15° when the program called for flat, and 30° when it called for incline. I won anabolic state back in the fall and it's an awesome product. My only complaint was the strong flavor.
Id love to try the mBCAA's...I see they are flavorless..maybe I'd mix them in a nice bullet proof coffee prior to working out or a nice cook of ice tea for intraworkout lol*Saved by the blood of the Lamb crew*

I actually mixed it the anabolic state with 20oz water today and that wasn't bad..wasn't a drink i would seek to sip during intraworkout but for just getting it down it was definitely better.

Can't go wrong with burger with fries! I'm thinking of getting chic fil a tomorrow with krispy kreme donuts as my cheat dessert. They currently have a buy 1 get 1 free bogo deal if you order a dozen. I'll just give most of them away to family but i love those sugary airy treats. Not good for my cut though so I'll make it up for it with extra cardio on sunday.
