Favorite chest exercise is the dumbbell flyes. I like to go as low as possible while breathing in real deep and always feel like i get a great stretch.
My routine is: Incline barbel bench press, then flat bench press with the barbel, then dumbbell flyes and then i finish with dumbbell pull overs.
Sometimes i switch barbel benchpress with dumbbells or i switch dumbbell flyes with cable flyes.

Monday is usually quads day. Worked on my floor 14+ hours yesterday, so sitting today out and making up for it. Effect of going to bed @ 5:30 this morning. I need more than an hour and a half sleep. go figure.

I've been beginning my chest workouts with machine flies: 3 second negatives, 1 second pause at full stretch and a 2 second contraction for 10-12 reps. I've been getting an amazing pump based solely on that. Then I lead to a heavy compound movement for 4-8 reps to really tear down the muscle. I've been loving it lately.
I still have Waxybolic on my mind to try! So I'd have to go with that.Gym Lifts / Competition Lifts (Raw, kg)

Hats off to you, Andy! I tried one-arm barbell lateral raises and that was klutzy as hell. I can't even imagine getting under a bar like that.

Hope everyone is having a good week in and out of the gym. My favorite chest exercise is Dumbbell Incline Bench Press. Right now in my program I’m doing 3-4 sets for 8-12 reps and on the last set I do a rest pause set resting just long enough to lower the bench 15 degrees until the last set is with the bench flat. It’s been working well for me.

I have not tried any Nutrabolic products in the past.
In regards to how I feel they'd help, that remains to be seen as I've never used them.
The Semtex (and Carnitine 1500) I'd be hoping it would give me a little more push to get these last few pounds off, over the last 2-3 months (I forget my exact start date) I've lost 20lbs but I could use a boost to get these last few stubborn pounds off.
Supernova would assist with my morning fatigue as I get up around 415-430am in the morning and go to the gym, so the getting a little extra energy push would be great.
Thank you for the consideration and sorry for the late reply.Guess what?! I got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!

Just finished a leg workout after a 4 hour class and I forget to bring a water bottle so i'm in need of something tasty. I feel Anabolic State will get that done, maybe I wouldn't forget to bring it with me. Either way, i'm getting my hands on candy blast, or peach mango.
