Here is my review of the Carnitine 1500 product. This one is not on the bb.com store page but can be found on the Nutrabolics site.

yesterday was a good day for me. after not being able to squat or do lunges because of my torn MCL, i was given the ok from the doctor to hit them. although i was forced to go light, still felt good to get under the bar
i will actually be starting to fast as of tomorrow. its always interested me and lately i have been so on board with it, that today at work i decided to do some research and really look into it. the benefits seem to be crazy so i will be going with an intermittent fast and also begin to train in the morning rather than after work. after work, i feel like my energy levels go so low. i do not know why, maybe because i am up at 545 in the morning or it could be from my lunches at 1 oclock. being stuck in traffic for 30 mins on the way to the gym doesnt help either. but really had some sort of switch with my diet and lifestyle that i want to get on board with haha
any suggestions for me now that i will be starting to fast and will most likely be training fasted?

I reverse my intermittent fasting. Eat for 16 hours, fast for 8... or less.
There are so many opinions. Martin Berkhan (the LeanGains guy) wrote on his site about a protocol for one of his clients who exercised first thing in the morning. Basically, BCAAs every few hours until eating time.. Jim Stoppani will tell you that BCAAs kill your fasting and should count as calories (they basically are protein). I don't know when Terry Crews hits the gym, but he's been IF for years. And then there are other people like Kevin McDowell (extremeOne) who will challenge you with the question "how can you expect a performance race car to work on an empty tank?" [extremely paraphrased].
I tend to work my nutrition more inline with Kris Gethin. I delay eating on my 'off days'. If I'm lifting, I'm eating - tapering my carbs away from the peri-workout window. (more carbs before and for two meals after, less later in the day, when I'm being good.)
I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but Thomas deLauer also has some IF videos - before he started going all keto - so you may have to dig. Check out that on youtube and leangains. Maybe you'll find something that works for you. No one way to slice it.“God will not have his work made manifest by cowards” - RWE

Ohhh yeah buddy, that's the golden ticket combo right there!
Supernova and amabolic state = gainsville
Today was some lighter work on bench and leg accessories - just getting everything pumped and ready for the Open House my gym is throwing this Saturday, should be fun as theyre having a raffle and vendors/booths as well as some competitions I believe.

Thanks for the insight man, means a lot. I ahve been really watching Thomas DeLauer a lot lately. And also saw this guy Peter Attia and GSP talking about intermittent fasting on the Joe Rogan podcast. it seems to be that there are so many different methods and ways to do it, but the key is to find something that works for you
i am going to start training the morning. its a little tough for me because i start work at 7 AM. Its a couple days now I try and wake up at around 515AM to get to the gym for 545 but like, i just end up falling back asleep. I guess its going to come with time. Its all a process. Cant complain about that

Sure thing. The best plan is the one you can stick with. There's no cookie cutter approach; the only thing consistent is that it takes hard work and dedication no matter what. Can't 1/2-@$$ it to your goals.

Yeah man. Everyone on this forum is here to like better themselves and because they really love fitness. Atleast thats why I am here haha.
We all push ourselves and we all focus on our goals, which in reality is to better ourselves. Aslong as the effort is consistent and constant, so will the results. Whethere they are there in the mirror or not, you improve one way or another

I wish more people had that mentality!!!
Too many times I get hateful looks/vibes in the gym... FOR NO REASON. Plus theres people who make things up about me.
Apparently just because im the strongest guy in there, I MUST be using illegal stimulant street drugs.
Well, that's far from the truth. Anyways I guess I'm just letting weak minded people get to me, when I shouldn't.
I'm a LEGEND and a PRODIGY for being 21 years old, and they will all rue the day the down talked me when I'm standing in that first place spot holding my trophy on the podium.
On a side note: apparently packages get stolen from my apartment frequently. Anyway I could get some tracking info to schedule a safe pickup?

First day back on the forums after a little break. Messing with new push/pull split in the gym and seeing how my body responds to hitting multiple body groups, dropping the volume, but upping the frequency hitting the same muscle 3 times a week.
With the new setup, I’d love to get into that iced raspberry Anabolic State! Definitely think it’ll help keep me building muscle and help with recovery!
Thanks for the opportunity

Oh man, iced raspberry??? That sounds AMAZING. Pineapple was straight fire so I can't imagine how good an iced raspberry flavor would taste. Hope you win so you can let us know how great that flavor is!! Also the BCAAs w/HICA will definitely help with recovery if you plan on hitting multiple body parts/up the volume/intensity!! It really helps me stay feeling fuller and stronger throughout my workouts. Especially today! Go nutrabolics!!!!
On that note, my VITABOLIC arrived today!!!
Call me crazy but I swear I felt a natural wave of wellbeing and regenerative energy about an hour after taking this stuff with a light meal in the early afternoon. It seems to have everything I was taking before in other supplements, but much nore convenient, and I suspect a much higher quality and thus greater bioavailability and absorption - clearly as I'm literally feeling the effects of replenishment this soon. Blows any other multivitamin out of the water - and not to bash any other company but let's just say it makes another great product that rhymes with "Manimal Spak" look like it belongs in the trash can. Seriously mind already blown.
I'll be updating this post with some of my workout today!
