    Post Getting started

    I am a 5’7, 21 year old male who weighs around 110 and has since high school. I’m tired of feeling and looking like I’m 16 and I’m ready to change. I am willing to do the hard work but as someone who has never really worked out before I need help finding a program and diet I can follow or something of that sort. I’d love to weigh 150+ if that’s reasonable for my height.
