    Unhappy 4 week out contest pre carb cycling and cal diflict with images.

    Hello BB Forum...
    I am currently about 4 week out from my state level bodybuilding compitition. Here is my current condition in bellow pics.

    Let me know you my current body status
    I am about 173 lbs, with waist size about 30. 2 Inch, I am 5.8/2 tall... My current body fat % is around 9.

    I hit low intensity cardio daily 1 hour (or I do 16000 steps a day) I do double split workout.

    Currently eating 1800 to 1900 cal a day witch comes from 250 grm protien, 115 grm carb and around 35 to 40 grm fat.

    I have some question

    1. I offten see fluctuation in my weight of 2 lbs I don't know why? I am not going down about 170 lbs..

    2. In last 2 week will my body dat drop if I cut down my cal from 1800 to 1500?

    3. What is the ideal protien carb and fat intake at this point for me...?

    4. Can I do refeed at this point only one cheat me in the weekend?

    5.how to prepare on peak week?

    Current condition
    So to answer question #1, your body weight fluctuates on a daily basis depending on how much water you're drinking/food you're eating. So I wouldn't worry about it too much.
    Question #2, 1500 calories isn't a whole lot of food and doesn't seem very safe for a guy your size
    #3 I'll let someone else answer this, because your macros seem off to begin with
    #4 If you are 4 weeks out from a show and 9% BF, you've still got a lot of work to do and cheat meals wouldn't be in your best interest.
    #5 again, I'll let someone else answer this if they wish, not really my specialty

    Pics would have been helpful in this case BTW.
