Hoping to get some feedback of any kind

Hey, all. I'm hoping to get some feedback, of any kind, regarding my current routine. I realize already that my calories are pretty low. I'm slowly bumping them until I find my maintenance. I'm feeling good, in general. Plenty of energy, strong workouts, no hunger issues. Yes, I am doing 16:8 intermittent fasting. I eat from noon-8pm. Just trying it, as it works well for my routine. 2 weeks in, and I like it. I should also add that I'm down roughly 30 lbs in 3 months. I stopped daily alcohol consumption cold turkey, and all breads, sweets, and general junk food. I eat basically the same few meals daily, just rotated as to not get board. I meal prep, love to cook, and the food is delicious. My goal was to shed fat to 175lbs, which I am at, and now I'm bumping my calories weekly to find my maintenance. Thank you for your time.

    Read stickies.
    Overall:
    1) too little fats 2) you don't need to reduce carbs due to fiber or whatever you use 3) you don't want to use macro % 4) calories extremely low.

as a rule of a thumb, you need 0.7 grams of protein, and 0.4 grams of fat per lb of bw a day, rest calories as you prefer. While cutting, might be better to increase protein up to ~0.8-1grams a day.

And again. Go to nutrition section and read all those thread at the top of the page, they have answers on all your questions.
