5 months fat loss progress ,would appreciate advice(beginner)

Hi everyone I am new to this forum, and to bodybuilding in general...I am 170cm tall.in 2016 I got a gym membership and went from fat 190LB/86kg to slim 144 lb/65kg..then in 2017 I got a heart problem I had to lay off and I gained 44lb/20kg back ...then in 2018 I dcided to lose that fat and rebuild some muscle so I started a 1600 calorie deficit with weight training and some cardio .in 5 month I went from 184lb/83kg to 152lb/69kg and a hit a plateu now for month or so,(all before and after photos attached)

Should I continue my calorie deficit/go maintenance/lean bulk? I still got a lot of belly fat to lose and chest fat as well.

My current program for the past 3 months is push pull legs 6 times a week.

    Would appreciate any help!

Great progress man. I would try to add some muscle to your frame. Maybe take a break from the weight loss, eat at tdee for a while and see how your lifts progress.

Very impressive and congrats on the weight-loss. I really think it depends on what you want in the long run? Do you want a more ripped/chiseled physique with leanness or would you prefer to have a beefier/bulky frame instead? When you figure that out, just look up some tips here on how to get started. Best of luck!
