I'm 23, 6', and 162lbs at about 15% BF. My ultimate goal right now is to be 165 at 10% or 11% BF and was wondering if you guys had any advice on the best way to do this? I figured I'd cut down to 10% (Im starting a diet of 1900 calories (approx 230g Protein, 80g Carbs, 65g Fat)) then begin a lean bulk from there? I was wondering if you guys could help by giving me any advice on my diet on how to achieve this effectively and efficiently.
