I wasn’t ego lifting I was in my garage doing what I normally do and I was squatting it for reps it was just an unfortunate thing to happen and now I have to pay for it for the rest of my life not being able to do squats and dead lifts I hope I can recover from it in the future but I don’t know it sucks tho

No you don't.
"Dominic first broke the world record for the bench press in May during the National Powerlifting Championships in Dearborn, Mich. He hoisted 259 pounds, shattering the 8-year-old record of 244.5 pounds.
In Prague, he twice shattered his own May record by lifting 275 pounds in the individual bench press, and 265 pounds in the bench press portion of the combined powerlifting meet."
That's a 15 year old in the 220 weight class setting a world record in powerlifting. You don't lift 255 at 150. Lmao

If this guy sends a video of him doing it then I'll strongly advocate for him to become a powerlifter. He would be a world class athlete and would set a world record for his age and weight class. I'll help him contact Guinness world records so they can properly document it and he can receive his first world record.

It's an old article from a few years back, but it goes over the lifter in better detail than I provided. It might be outdated but my main point being Opie should be a world class athlete at 150lbs and 255lbs bench at 16. Big difference between 150lbs and 175-181 still.
I also didn't neg Opie, just called him out. Stay rustled
Edit: You were right to call me out for a source. Source provided above.

Rustled af. Pretty drunk lmao (dat AA excuse). I'm just not down with shooting down fairly reasonable goals. Sorry for the neg bb.
Appreciate thr source tho. Would rep.
OP's statement is entirely reasonable tho.
Edit: i should clarify. I dont think OP legitimately benches this. Simply that it is reasonableLog: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159714881&p=1213186101

Lol no worries brah, whatcha drinking? Your bench at that age is extremely impressive, his is much less reasonable in my opinion. That he could bench that and not know that it was exceptional? That nobody ever told him, "Shyt you have a good bench", that's even less reasonable. A full grown man benching 255lbs at 150lbs would know that he had a solid bench. Much less a teenager.
You didn't get your impressive bench by messing around in a garage. You got it by strength training for a strength sport. And I'm willing to bet you knew it was a solid bench lol

Obscured by Clouds from Culmination. One of my favorite Hazy IPAs ever.
What I'd venture he does is unracks 255 and bends his elbows slightly. I totally agree with everything you've said about OP in reality, I just wanted to offset the extremity of the world record talk.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159714881&p=1213186101

I do around 185 x 12 and 225 for 3. I’m also 5’5-5’6 which can make a big factor. But following a program can get u my Lifts easily. check out my progress on my logs or my profile. I’m the strongest on the wrestling team that’s ranked nationally.
