I am 16 Herniated both my discs 5 months ago and was hoping if someone could tell me if I could ever dead lift or squat ever again I’m loosing hope my lower back hurts all the time it’s like I dead lifted 5 days straight and the pain never leaves its bareable I just want to start squatting and dead lifting again but my back twitches and gets extremely sore and tiny dull pains in my lower back.
