Decline bench press has been one of my go to bench movements over the years.

yea, i like decline bench as well, although ive been prioritizing dumbell incline bench and dips over decline or flat for adding variation.

the bench i bought recently is specifically for doing decline ab work though, i still need to buy an upgraded adjustable bench for doing flat, decline and incline barbell bench.
