    How long will this cut take

    Sup guys, i posted my pic at the misc and my bf got estimated at 14/13%, here's my pic (6'3, 185 lbs,21yo)

    on a consistent 500 kcal deficit, how long should it take me to hit 10%?

    the problem is if you drop more weight you have a good chance of losing muscle with it too, which if you are just going to bulk after it would be kind of counter productive since you'd have to gain that muscle back that you just lost first. You are lean enough to bulk.
