    Question Pre-Workout Vs Fat Burner

Would adding up my fat burner with L-arginine and creatine, give me core pumps and some amazing fat burning results at the same time?

    P.S.: I do heavy workout 90-120 mins/day; 5-6 times a week with clean diet.

I would totally ditch the fat burner and go with a preworkout. Fat burner's really don't burn a noticeable amount of fat if any at all.

No supplement will give you "amazing fat burning results"

What is your daily calorie and carb/fat/protein at the moment?

    whats a core pump?

and no. Amazing fat burning results are subjective and will take time.

I would opt for a pre-workout, and why are you training for 120 minutes?

L-Carnitine will not give you the fat loss benefits you are looking for, if any.

I would also recommend dropping the burner. Just eat in a caloric deficit diet.

You'll get the pumps out of a properly dosed preworkout product.

Not necessarily the most optimal if it has him lifting "heavy" for 90-120 minutes 5-6 days/week.

Fat burning will come from a caloric deficit and a caloric deficit alone. Be it eating less, or burning more.

Go with a pre-workout if your goal is good pumps. There are both great stim-free and stim based options for a good pump and gym performance.
