    Question Workout with achilles injury?

Hello, I have a question regarding workout plan. To explain, I have an achilles tendon injury and I play soccer (indoor). Since I won't be playing for two months or so, I'm looking for a complete workout plan that is safe to do and is not meant to be bulking.
In short I'm looking for something that will keep me in shape and remain "athletic".
    Is there anything like that?
    Thank you for your help.

The athleticism you seek is what you achieved from playing soccer. And given you can't actually use your feet I can't say it is something you can maintain.

Have you had any PT to diagnose tendonitis, or is it an impact injury from football (note the use of the word football)?

Not sure yet, still waiting for some examination, but best guess would be chronical tendonitis since it's not first time and I've tried to walk it off a few times.
