Hi!
I just want to know what is your personal experiance, or is there any recommendation of TOTAL volume per workout?
And I'm talking about full body workouts with compound movements only, since they are more taxing.
I used to do a two day full body workout, but my recovery is bad and I don't have much free time, so I'm thinking about cuting it back to one day per week.
Here are the exercises:
OHP 5 set
High bar Squat 3 set
Bent over row 4 set
Dip (assistance for OHP) 2-3 set
Wide grip upright row (maybe helps my delts grow) 3 set
Walking lunge (bit volume for leg growth) 2 set
Basically, If I can progress from week to week, then I should grow, right?
Are there any exercises which you think are unnecessary, or should give or take away sets?
Of course I will try it out, but maybe someone could give me some tips, ideas.
Thanks for the input!
