    Not Trusting My Fitness Program

    Hello everyone.

I'm trying to build up muscle hoping to get a boyfriend and I don't trust the fitness program I'm using.

It tells me to bulk up with a lot of fatty foods (since I'm skinny) with 3 eggs and pieces of bacon, some bread and two glasses of milk for breakfast; a "Gainer shake" (peanut butter, oats, banana, whey, etc.) for lunch and then a fast food double cheeseburger and fries for my dinner.

I've already gained 4 pounds in just one day and I'm very concerned I'm actually going to get fat instead of muscular. Especially since it only has me exercise every other day.

    Thoughts?
