If you actually want her back, I'd just be honest. Tell her you downloaded tinder to see what else was out there, you saw her on it - it crushed you and you realised life is too short and youre serious about her and will commit etc. and you want a real shot of making it work. What most people ITT don't get is that OP supposely got on tinder after she left his house: there's a big possibility that she has already been on tinder for months (they have been together for 2 years as of now) and decided to leave because she already has found other options (cawks).
