    Supplement Recommendations

    I was just wondering if anybody knows any good supplements to put in a gallon jug and sip throughout the day? I was thinking about BCAA's, but i've heard that does next to nothing if you continually drink it. I want to stay hydrated while giving my body natural energy, or even Vitamins. Hell, if it ups my metabolism or can preserve even a tiny amount of muscle mass while I'm cutting, it would be amazing.

    Water & sugar-free cordial and eat a small meal/snack at some point for a protein/nutrient intake boost.

    BCAAs are useless drank throughout to the day or all in one go.

    I'd probably just recommend water as well OP.

    I wouldn't recommend spending any money on BCAA's.

    I don't think there is anything good to put in a gallon jug and sip on throughout the day.

    If that's your thing, try some water.

    Does nothing if you're meeting your macros. If used slowly throughout the day may be more detrimental than doing nothing at all.
