I was just wondering if anybody knows any good supplements to put in a gallon jug and sip throughout the day? I was thinking about BCAA's, but i've heard that does next to nothing if you continually drink it. I want to stay hydrated while giving my body natural energy, or even Vitamins. Hell, if it ups my metabolism or can preserve even a tiny amount of muscle mass while I'm cutting, it would be amazing.
