Fix a deformed chest?

I have a chest deformity called pectus carinatum that causes the left of my chest to protrude out more than the other. I have built up some chest muscle but you can still see the asymetery when lookng head on. What exersises would you suggest to cover it up and/or oull it back into place. Ive attached an image with harsh lighting to bring it out.
