Hello all, these days it surged me a question regarding the time of the day we eat, in terms of body composition and performance, there's a posible advantage of distributing the macros in a certain way and in?, If somebody knows something I will appreciate if answer my question.
Thanks .

You see, the problem with obsessing over calories and macros at your age, is that you start doing stuff wrong, and mess your body up, for life.
Meal timing is irrelevant for you at this point, you just need to focus on making consistent and safe progress in the gym, eat and enjoy your meals, and that's about it.
When your body is done growing, and you've got a solid base to go off of, then you can start thinking about calories, macros, and meal timing (and even then, meal timing isn't THAT important).
Stop making threads about this, one of those times, you might get advice, and it might be the wrong advice.. You don't want that.“One of the greatest experiences in life is achieving personal goals that others said would be, ‘impossible to attain.’ Be proud of your success and share your story with others.” -Robert Cheeke

I like to space my protein intake throughout the day though I'm fully aware that the overall importance factor is - calories/macros in by the time you go to bed.
- I find too much protein in one sitting makes me feel sick or lethargic.
- Filling, especially useful when cutting.
- I have two shakes a day, 50g of protein right there and I like to space them out because two at once is quite heavy on the stomach.Currently cutting.

I don't time my meals now. The only times where I timed was when I was reading all the broscience **** on these forums when I was in high school (2007-2010), and then for a few weeks last month, which I eventually gave up.
The point of my previous post was not to say that OP should worry about dieting. It was more to say that he should not "worry" about girls. Insecure people "worry" about girls. Although I suspect that the other guy did not imply "worry" in its literal sense, but more so to refocus OP's attention onto non-dietary ****.

Have you read the maximising muscle protein synthesis threads? Explains why spacing protein doses into 40g doses 4 hours apart is important
